Yes, at the Lakes of Brice Luxury Apartments and Townhomes, we understand that your furry four legged friend is a family member. Even though we don't have size restrictions, we do have breed restrictions

Can we request non-emergency maintenance after hours?

Yes, at the Lakes of Brice Luxury Apartments and Townhomes, our maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. For non-emergencies, you can leave a voicemail at our main office, or request service on our Resident Page. For maintenance emergencies, please use our emergency pager. In the event of a fire or other emergencies please dial 911.
